肺移植基因治疗的研究进展
摘要
肺移植是目前治疗终末期肺病的唯一有效方法,然而肺移植的应用和疗效受到供体的缺乏、原发性移植肺功能障碍(PGD)、免疫抑制治疗相关并发症及慢性移植肺功能障碍等因素的影响。基因治疗作为一种分子水平的治疗策略,通过修改移植器官基因,修复受损移植器官来解决这些问题。
