健康管理系统在体检中心的应用分析

Application Effects of Health Management System in the Physical Examination Center

目的通过对本院体检中心受检者的健康管理和干预,分析健康管理对疾病高危人群的健康保护及疾病防治作用和效果。方法对2007—2009年8 876位受检者体检结果进行信息化管理,监测、分析和评估,并对致病危险因素予以健康干预。结果通过健康管理,代谢异常症状及亚健康人群均得到明显控制,体检异常发生率逐年下降。结论应用健康管理系统对受检者进行健康监控和干预,可以有效的控制和降低亚健康状态和心脑血管疾病危险因素,降低患病率。

Objective To investigation and analysis the protection role and effectiveness of the health management system in population with high-risk factors of diseases.Methods 8876 cases in the medical examination center in 3 years were enrolled for the health management and medical intervention programs.The examination results were managed,monitored,analyzed and evaluated,and the risk factors of diseases were intervened.Results Metabolic abnormalities in the youth group and the elderly group have been significantly controlled and the incidence of abnormal continually decreased under the health management system.Conclusions The health management system can effectively control the sub-health status and risk factors of cardiovascular diseases,and lower morbidities.
