项目管理在医疗机构日常业务中应用广泛,本文介绍医院在组织大型活动中采用项目管理的运行机制,运用项目管理的技术和方法,组织项目实施的做法和经验。

Project management is widely used in daily business of medical institutions.In this paper,the organization operating mechanisms were discussed in the hospital major events to project management,the used of project management methods and techniques were introduced,and organizational practices and experiences of project implementation were proposed.
