摘要
规范化培训作为任职教育的一种方式,对提高医师的知识、技能和素质至关重要。本文简要介绍医师任职教育的概念与属性,对军队住院医师"3+X+Y"规范化培训模式的内涵进行分析,并就军队医师规范化培训的未来发展方向进行探讨。
As a way of professional education,standardized training is of great importance to improve the physicians＇ knowledge,skills and qualities.In this article,the conception and property were introduced of professional education and the connotations were analyzed of ＂3＋X＋Y＂ standardized training pattern to military residents,while some related opinions were put forward and discussed.
