军校卫生事业管理专业本科学员实习成效差异分析

Practice Effects of Undergraduate Students Specialized in Health Management in the Military University

为提高军校卫生事业管理专业本科学员的实习成效,本文简述学员的实习现状,对当前学员实习中存在差异的原因进行主客观分析,并在优化实习环境和提升学员自身素质两方面提出相应对策。

To enhance the practice effect of military health management undergraduate students,the situations were introduced of their practice in an army hospital,the reasons of difference of practice effect were analyzed from subjectivity and impersonality.At last the countermeasures were puts forward to optimize practice environment and improve students＇ self capacity.
