N-乙酰转移酶2与皮肤疾病相关研究进展
摘要
N-乙酰基转移酶（N-acetyltransferase,NATs）是大多数哺乳动物体内参与Ⅱ相乙酰化反应的代谢酶。乙酰化反应的多态性导致个体之间不同药物代谢、致癌物质、以及多种外来物质生物代谢之间的不同。NAT2的遗传多态性和组织特异性表达，加上环境因素与NAT2之间的相巨作用，共同影响着人类对某些疾病的易感性。目前国内外一些研究NAT2基因多态性与膀胱癌，
