常乐康、蒙脱石散及补锌治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎

Efficacy of Clostridium Butyricum Combined with Montmorillonite Power and Zinc Gluconate for Rotaviral Enteritis in Infants

目的观察和评价常乐康、蒙脱石散及补锌治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将120例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组60例,先空腹冲服蒙脱石散,1.53.0 g/次,3次/d,冲服蒙脱石散后2 h再服用常乐康和葡萄糖酸锌。常乐康,0.5 g/次,3次/d;葡萄糖酸锌,〈6个月,35 mg/次,2次/d,〉6个月,70 mg/次,2次/d;对照组60例,单独使用蒙脱石散治疗。观察疗效和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率75%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组在第3天的大便次数减少,大便性状恢复正常时间优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论常乐康、蒙脱石散及补锌治疗小儿轮状病毒性腹泻疗效显著,且未见不良反应。

Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy of Clostridium Butyricum Powder combined with Montmorillonite Power and Zinc gluconate at regular intervals in the treatment of Rotaviral enteritis in infants.Methods Eighty infants with rotaviral enteritis were randomly divided into two groups,40 infants as observation group,and another 40 infants as control group.In the observation group,Montmorillonite Powder was administered at doses of 1.5-3.0g three times a day,and two hours later,followed by Clostridium Butyricum Powder at doses of 0.5 g three times a day,for three to seven days;In the control group,only Montmorillonite Powder was used.The clinical effects and untoward effects of both groups were observed.Results The effective rate（100%） in observation group was higher than that（75%） in control group with statistical significance（P〈0.01）.The improvement in times and consistency of stool in observation group was obviously as compared to the control group（P〈0.01）.Adverse reaction was not found.Conclusion Clostridium Butyricum Powder with Montmorillonite Powder at regular interval is a safe and effective method in treating rotavirus enteritis of infants.
