骺板组织工程种子细胞的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 骺板损伤是小儿骨科中较为严重的一种损伤,创伤、感染、肿瘤以及发育障碍均可引起骺板损伤,造成肢体短缩或成角畸形,影响肢体功能[1]。早在1967年Langenskiold用切除骨桥填充自体脂肪的方法治疗,也有人用骨水泥、明胶海绵和骨腊等材料,治疗效果均不是十分理想。组织工程的发展为治疗骺板损伤提供了新的契机。
