论我国热带亚热带地区肉牛改良的方向

Discussion on Beef Improvement Strategy in Tropical and Subtropical Region in China

本文在综述国内外热带、亚热带地区肉牛研究情况的基础上,指出广大热带、亚热带地区肉牛改良首先考虑肉牛品种及其杂交后代的耐热抗蜱能力。同时指出我国热带、亚热带地区应推广使用婆罗门牛(Brahm an)及其杂种牛。

Based on the elucidation of beef cattle research in tropical and subtropical regions at home and abroad, the review suggested that hot and tick resistance of beef cattle and its crossbreds should be firstly considered in beef cattle improvement in tropical and subtropical regions, at the mean time recommended that the Brahman and its crossbreds could be utilized and extended in tropical and subtropical regions in China.
