摘要
目的探讨新生儿抚触对改善新生儿喂养不耐受的疗效。方法选择2009年1月～2010年5月于本院住院，符合新生儿喂养不耐受标准的患儿80例，按入院先后顺序随机分为2组，各40例。对照组给予保暖、抗感染、头高位30。、静脉营养、留置胃管鼻饲喂养、贝飞达助消化治疗，同时给予口服或鼻饲多潘立酮混悬液治疗（0．3ml／kg）；观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加上新生儿抚触。观察2组新生儿喂养不耐受好转情况。结果观察组腹胀消失时间、拔除胃管时间、恢复到出生体重所需天数，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（均p〈0．05）。结论新生儿抚触对改善新生儿喂养不耐受有较好的临床效果。
Objective：To figure out the effect of neonatal touch intervention on neonatal feeding intolerance. Methods：80 newborns with neonatal feeding intolerance from January 2009 to May 2010 were randomly divided into control group （40 newborns） and intervention group （40 newborns）. The newborns in control group were given warming,infection prevention,posture of head up 30 degree,parenteral nutrition,nasal feeding,peptogenic treatment with Domperidone （0.3ml/kg）. The newborns in intervention group were conducted with neonatal touch intervention besides the measures on the control group. The neonatal feeding intolerance was compared with the two groups. Results：The serum albumin in intervention group was more than that of the control group （p〈0.05）. The abdominal distention time lnasogastric tube extubation time,regain birth weight time were better in the intervention group than that of the control group （all ps〈0.05）. Conclusion：Neonatal touch intervention could improve neonatal feeding intolerance.
