摘要
目的探讨护理质量指标管理对危重症患者护理质量的影响。方法将2009年的危重患者作为对照组、2010年的危重患者作为实验组,2组均采用集束化护理措施,实验组严格实行护理质量指标管理,采用2009年及2010年的回顾性资料分析各项指标的发生情况,比较实施护理质量指标管理前后,各项指标发生率的变化。结果进行护理质量指标规范化管理后,各项护理质量指标发生率均较前明显下降,提高了综合ICU护理质量。结论确定危重症患者的临床护理质量指标是关键的环节,其指标率是根据国内外现状及自身条件进行确定,落实集束化护理措施是降低发生率的保证,在监控过程中必须进行环节质量控制及终末质量控制,以达到提高护理质量的目的。
Objective：To figure out the effect of clinical nursing quality indicators management to the quality of nursing in critical patients. Methods：Critically ill patients in 2009 were regarded as the control group,while the critically ill patients in 2010 the experimental group. Both groups were used cluster of nursing care,monitored the quality of care in the experimental group strictly. Through 2009 to 2010,a retrospective data analysis of the Incidence of Indicators had been collected. Compare the incidence of changes in the indicators before and after clinical nursing quality indicators management. Results：For critically ill patients ,management in clinical nursing quality indicators improved the quality of nursing care significantly,were decreased than before. Conclusion： Clinical nursing quality indicators management was the key to improve the quality of nursing in critical patients. Implementation of the cluster is the key to reduce the infection incidence.
