本文探讨了草地建设中存在的几个主要问题及深层原因,从思想认识、系统工程、科学技术及人才、组织管理和资金投入等方面寻求妥善解决这些问题的对策措施,把我国草地建设推上一个新台阶,从而更好发挥草地在国民经济和社会持续发展中的基础地位和重要作用。

The main problems existing in grassland construction and their causes were discussed in this paper.Some measures on ideological understanding,systematic project,science and technology,trained personnel,organization and management as well as investment were put forward.It aimed at promoting grassland construction and developing the basical function of grassland in national economy and society.
