摘要 我院成功救治股骨干骨折并发脂肪栓塞综合征（重型）致急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者1例,分析如下。 1病历摘要 女,27岁。主因高处坠落致左下肢疼痛、活动受限2 h于2009-03-28T23：10入院,同时患者孕18＋6周。入院诊断：（2）左股骨干骨折（上段）;
