组织蛋白酶D与兔椎间盘退变相关性研究

摘要 目的:采用椎间盘内注射不同浓度的组织蛋白酶D,探讨组织蛋白酶D在兔椎间盘退变中的作用。方法:健康大白兔60只随机分为实验组、阴性对照组、空白对照组,实验组分为3个亚组,椎间盘内注射3种不同浓度的组织蛋白酶D,阴性对照组中在椎间盘内注射生理盐水,空白对照组不做任何处理。分别于术后3、6周,检测椎间盘髓核中蛋白多糖含量,采用HE染色组织学观察椎间盘的退变特征。结果:HE染色组织学观察6周时在实验组及阴性对照组椎间盘中,组织学观察到不同程度的椎间盘退变特征;蛋白多糖含量的测定显示,6周时各实验组蛋白多糖含量下降程度大于阴性对照组(P<0.05)。结论:组织蛋白酶D可导致兔腰椎间盘髓核内蛋白多糖含量的降低,说明组织蛋白酶D在椎间盘退变过程中可能起重要作用。
