摘要
肝素诱导的血小板减少症（HIT）是由肝素类药物引起的一种以血小板减少为特征的并发症，主要表现为血小板减少，血小板激活和血栓形成。现回顾分析HIT患者10例并检索文献资料，探讨其临床表现、治疗及预后。
