摘要
目的:提高肺源性心脏病合并继发性肾上腺皮质功能减退症诊治水平。方法:选择16例肺源性心脏病合并继发性肾上腺皮质功能减退症患者,对其临床表现和治疗的情况进行回顾性分析。结果:16例患者经补充皮质激素后,临床症状改善。结论:在慢性肺源性心脏病患者中,要全面问诊,考虑继发性肾上腺皮质功能减退症的存在,最大限度避免漏诊,提高疾病好转率。
Objective： To improve pulmonary heart disease with secondary adrenal diagnosis and treatment of hypothyroidism. Methods： 16 patients with pulmonary heart disease with secondary adrenal insufficiency patients, their clinical manifestations and treatment of retrospective analysis of the situation. Results： 16 patients underwent additional cortieosteroids, the clinical symptoms improved. Conclusion：In patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease, a comprehen- sive inquiry to consider the secondary adrenal hypofunction of the existence of the maximum to avoid missed diagnosis, improve disease improvement rate.
