吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期COPD疗效观察

摘要 目的:探讨吸人糖皮质激素治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的疗效。方法:将稳定期COPD患者随机分为两组,实验组在常规治疗基础上吸入糖皮质激素布地奈德,对照组仅采用常规治疗,疗程均为18个月。结果:实验组呼吸困难评分、6分钟步行距离、生活质量评分、第1秒用力呼气等指标均较对照组明显改善(P<0.05),且急性加重患者的门诊和住院人次较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论:长期吸人中等量糖皮质激素布地奈德可减轻稳定期COPD患者的临床症状,改善活动耐力、生活质量和肺功能,减少急性加重次数。 Objective:To investigate the cura- tive effects of inhaling glucocortieoid in pa- tients with stable COPD. Methods:Patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into 2 groups. The testing group was treated witll inhaling glueoeortieoid Budesonide basedon routine thempy and the contrast group was treated only by routine therapy. The course of treatment was 18 months. Results :Patients in the testing group were significantly improved more than the contrast one on the measures of decompensation grade 6min walking distancelife quality grade and FEVI( P 〈 0. 05 ), Moreovertheout patient sandin patients with acute agggravation in the testing group were less than those in the contrastgroup ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Inhaling moderate dose of glucoeortieoid Budesonide can alleviate clinical symptom, improve stamina, life quality and lung function and reduce the frequency of acute aggravation of stable COPD.
