知识型团队激励薪酬“三次”分配模型研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文设计了知识型团队薪酬"三次分配"理论模型,即基于组织、团队和个人三个绩效层次的分配,力求充分考虑各个层次目标与利益的平衡。"三次分配"在理论上有利于解决团队内部"搭便车"问题,能够充分发挥知识型团队运作方式的优势,最终达到个人、团队和组织的"三赢"目标。
