组织社会化视角下中小企业劳动关系状况分析——针对珠三角地区中小企业的调查 被引量:1

摘要 本文以组织社会化理论为研究视角,通过对珠三角地区中小企业劳动关系的分析,发现中小企业的劳动关系状况与组织社会化程度相关,建议提高中小企业的组织社会化程度,以积极构建和谐劳动关系。
