摘要
依据实际情况制定简便易行的准则对线路类型、负载率与运行时间等各项指标进行评价;并建立了配电线路的全寿命周期成本(LCC)模型,用设备寿命周期费用作为评价设备投资的指标,追求寿命周期费用最小化。实现了以线路安全、经济型指标与企业总体效益为出发点,通过量化评价手段寻求最佳方案的目标。
Convenient and practical criteria are formulated to evaluate indexes such as line types,load rate and operation time.Life Cycle Cost(LCC)model of distribution line is established,and life-cycle cost minimization is pursued with the equipment life cycle cost as the indicator for equipment investment evaluation.The paper aims at the optimal solution through quantitative assessment in order to guarantee line security,economical indicators and corporate overall benefits.
