师范院校图书馆特色数据库建设调研

Investigation and Analysis of the Characteristic Database Construction of Normal University Libraries

通过对国内师范院校图书馆自建特色数据库的调查,发现师范院校图书馆自建的特色数据库存在重复建设、资源不能共享、数据库缺乏标准化和规划化以及知识产权保护等问题,提出师范院校图书馆应联合共建专题库,加强数据库的标准化和规范化,加快特色馆藏数字化,合理解决知识产权等对策。

Through the investigation of the databases for special collections of normal university libraries in China, some problems in the special collection construction are found, such as duplicated construction, unshared database, lacking of database standards, and issues of intellectual property rights protection. To -solve these problems, some countermeasures are suggested, including, setting up .thematic knowledge databases in conjunction with relevant departments, standardizing the database construction, speeding up the characteristics of digital collections, resolving the IPRs disputes in reasonable ways.
