Resource construction is the foundation of a network learning platform, which is built by subject librarians, teachers and students in the college, study groups, related persons in brother universities as well as the enthusiasts of resource construction in network. Meanwhile, the participants and the resources must be managed scientifically, which ensure the quantity and quality of the resources and make the learning platform full of vigor and vitality.
