摘要
香港大学图书馆的参考咨询、读者培训、流通服务与学科服务对我国内陆高校图书馆具有借鉴性。内地高校图书馆应当转变服务理念,加强馆员服务意识的培养,依托新技术提供智能化的服务。
The reference service, user training, circulation service, and subject service in the Library of Hong Kong University provide experiences for those in Mainland. The university libraries in mainland should change their service concepts, strengthen the staff training in service awareness and provide intelligent services by means of new technology.
