文章概述了北京、上海、天津、江苏高校图书馆联盟的建设现状,包括各联盟的主管单位、运行机制、培训机制等基本情况和数据库建设、协调采购、特色服务等共建共享情况。从统一规划、可持续发展、技术标准、联合采购、云计算服务、区域性联合体六个方面阐述了广东高校图书馆联盟的发展思路。
The paper outlines the current situation of four university library consortia in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin andJiangsu, including the unit in charge of the alliance, operating mechanism, training system and other basic information and database construction, coordination of procurement, special services of them. Then the author elaborates the development of the University Library consortia in Guangdong from such aspects as the unified planning, sustainable development, technical standards, joint procurement, cloud computing services and regional consortium.
