Energy-balancing communication protocol based on cross-layer optimization for wireless sensor networks

摘要 针对WSN中的热点问题,提出一种新的跨层式通信协议CTMAC,将能耗均衡机制与跨层设计方法相结合,通过共享节点能量信息,建立一种能耗均衡的树结构能量感知路由算法,并将FRTS机制引入SMAC。NS2仿真实验表明:CTMAC协议具有良好的能量有效性和稳定性,有效地减轻了热点问题。 Considering the hot spot problem in WSH,this paper proposed a new communication protocol CTMAC(cross-layer tree medium access control).Its combined the method of cross-layer with the energy-balancing mechanism,established a tree structured energy aware routing algorithm through sharing the node energy information between layers,and introduced the FRTS(future request to send)mechanism to SMAC.It could effectively prolong node's sleeping time.NS2 simulation experiments show that CTMAC has a good energy-efficiency and high stability,and can effectively mitigate the hot spot problem.
