对我院2007~2009年分离病原菌耐药情况的分析

摘要 目的为了解医院内病原菌的分布及耐药情况。方法菌种统计采用WHONET5.4软件进行分析。药敏试验采用MIC法并结合K-B法。结果标本分离情况,在11071份标本中,共分离到2778株病原菌,分离率为25%,其中G-杆菌2017株,占72.6%;G+菌761株,占27.4%。结论医院分离的病原菌耐药率较高,合理应用抗生素已经是刻不容缓的问题。
