食管癌患者术后谵妄的护理干预

Nursing intervention of Esophageal cancer patients with postoperative delirium

目的归纳食管癌患者术后谵妄的护理干预对策。方法对84例食管癌术后发生谵妄的患者进行情感支持、环境干预、躯体干预等护理。结果 84例患者谵妄症状1～3d好转,术后10～15d内痊愈出院。结论对食管癌术后发生谵妄的患者给予相应的护理干预,可减少并发症发生率,从而提高食管癌治愈率。

Objective To generalize the nursing intervention skills of Esophageal cancer patients with postoperative delirium.Methods 84 cases of Esophageal cancer patients with postoperative delirium were been nursed through emotional support,environmental intervention,physical intervention,etc.Results All the 84 cases patients improved the symptoms of delirium in 1-3days,10-15days after surgery were discharged.Conclusions For Esophageal cancer patients with postoperative delirium,to give the appropriate nursing intervention,this can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the cure rate of esophageal.
