摘要
相控阵检测技术是利用电子方式控制相控阵探头合成的声束来实现超声波发射、接收的方法。相控阵检测基本原理是:调整阵列换能器各阵元发射/接收的相位延迟,使得合成声束在一定范围内形成聚焦、偏转等效果。它最突出的优点是:检测灵敏度高,检测结果直观、重复性好、可实时显示。利用相控阵检测这一优点,采用0°线形扫查方式,研究压力容器在不开罐情况下实现内壁母材点腐蚀的检测。
Phased array inspection technology is the use of electronic control of the synthesis of phased array probe beam to achieve ultrasonic transmitter and receiver of the method.Phased array testing is a basic principle: to adjust the array transducer array transmit or receive the phase delay,making synthetic beam forming focus within a certain range,deflection and other effects.It is the most prominent advantages are: high sensitivity,the test results directly,reproducible,real-time display.By useing of the advantage of phased array inspection,adopting 0° linear sweep bad way to explore the open cans of pressure vessels in the inner wall of the base metal under the situation pitting corrosion detection.
