火鸡组织滴虫体外微量培养方法的改进 被引量:2

摘要 本研究通过改进火鸡组织滴虫在M199培养液中的体外微量培养方法,为进一步研究其诊断、生活史及致病机制奠定基础。通过将人工体外培养的组织滴虫在显微镜下反复检查、稀释后用毛细吸管吸取单个虫体至1.5mL的离心管中,于40℃恒温箱中进行培养,并用镜检和PCR技术检查虫体是否增殖。结果显示有2个离心管有虫体增殖。
