摘要
给出了一种适合于电力机车大功率场合应用的矢量控制方案,为实现该方案设计了一种基于浮点数字信号处理器TMS320C31 和单片机80C196MC双微机结构的控制系统,该控制系统充分利用了TMS320C31 的快速浮点运算功能以及80C196MC的PWM 波形生成能力。实验结果表明本文所采用的双微机系统实时性好,能够完成矢量控制中复杂的运算以及SPWM 调制信号的产生。
A field oriented control (FOC) scheme suitable for high power circumstance of electric locomotive is presented in this paper. A dual processor control system based on floating point digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320C31 and micro controller 80C196MC are designed for the control scheme. The high speed floating point operation of TMS320C31 and PWM waveform generation function of 80C196MC are utilized. The experimental results show that the above referred dual processor system has a good real time performance, is competent in complicated calculation of FOC and SPWM generation, and can transfer data reliably between two subsystems.
