摘要 断层及其破碎带是影响隧道正常施工的地质构造之一,尤其岩层产状为水平时,易产生塌方等灾害,加大了施工难度。在超前地质预报资料基础上,对厦蓉高速巫帮1#隧道塌方的可能性和范围进行分析,采用超前小导管加双浆液注浆的方法对破碎带进行预加固,结合监控量测掌握围岩动态变化,及时反馈于施工,实现了信息化施工。实践证明,此施工方法有效遏制了围岩变形,达到破碎带安全施工的目的。 The fault and crush zone was one of the geological structures which blocked up the tunnel construction. Especially, when the rock strata was horizontal, the collapse would be happened during tunnel excavation, which made it difficult. The probability and extent of collapse of WuBang 1 # tunnel was analyzed by means of the geological forecast in advance. Then the technique of the advanced small pipe and the grouting of the mixture of cement and sodium silicate are adopted to reinforce the surrounding rock. Meanwhile the deformation of surrounding rock was monitored and related data was feedback to guideline the construction, which made the construction informational. It proved that the deformation of surrounding rock was controlled and the construction of fault zone was securitized.
