核转录因子在慢性前列腺炎中的作用

核转录因子(NF-кB)具有多中心调控作用,在细胞凋亡、肿瘤、炎症反应中,均起关键性调节作用。目前,研究主要集中NF-кB在肿瘤中的作用,参与调控多种细胞因子。NF-кB在炎症反应中的研究也不断深入。慢性前列腺炎的发病和多种细胞因子的表达有关。本文就NF-кB参与调控细胞因子及在慢性前列腺炎中的作用,作一综述。

NF-кB control with multi-center role in apoptosis,cancer,inflammation all play a key regulatory role.Current research focused on NF-кB role in tumor,and control a variety of cytokines.NF-кB in the inflammatory response in the study continued to deepen.Chronic prostatitis and the expression of several cytokines.In this paper,NF-кB and cytokines associated with chronic prostatitis were reviewed.
