17838新生儿听力筛查结果分析

摘要 目的通过对新生儿的听力筛查,了解新生儿听力障碍的发病状况,探讨新生儿听力筛查运作模式。方法采用畸变产物耳声发射技术(DPOAE)对2003-01~2007-04间,在本院分娩的17 838例新生儿进行听力筛查,对复筛未通过者,于生后3~6个月采用脑干听觉诱发电位(ABR)技术诊断。结果实际筛查17 838例,筛查率99.3%,初筛通过率81.43,需复筛3 312例,实际复筛2 911例,复筛率87.9%,复筛通过率93.68%。对复筛未通过的184例进行ABR检查,61例被诊断为不同程度的双耳或单耳听力障碍。本组新生儿听力障碍发病率为3.42‰,初筛假阳性率18.28%,复筛假阳性率为0.69%。结论新生儿听力筛查十分重要,DPOAE是目前新生儿听力筛查比较理想的检测方法,住院期间初筛和出生42 d复筛有利降低筛查假阳性率,ABR检查可以及早发现听力障碍,从而为早期干预,有效促进婴幼儿语言发育提供保障。
