63例鼾症患者手术前后的心理变化及干预对策 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(鼾症,OSAHS)患者的心理状况及综合性治疗对其影响。方法对63例OSAHS患者治疗前和治疗后的心理状况进行分析和对比。结果 OSAHS患者症状自评量表(SCL-90)躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性的因子分较中国常模明显增高(P<0.01)。SCL-90抑郁、焦虑因子分、Zung氏焦虑自评表(SAS)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HRSD)评分,治疗前与治疗后1周差异显著。结论 OSAHS患者存在显著的心理卫生障碍,综合性治疗有助于患者的身心康复。 Objective To investigate Psychological state of patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome（OSAHS） and the effect of comprehensive treatment Methods To analyze and contrast psychological state before and after opration of 63 OSAHS patients. Results The scores of somatization,anxiety,depression,psychoticism of SCL-90 in OSAHS were higher than average scores in China.The SCL-90,SAS,HRSD scores of anxiety and depression decreased on the first week after treatments. Conclusion OSAHS patients are more anxious and depressive than normal.Comprehensive treatment conduces to physically and mental rehabilitation of OSAHS.
