腹腔镜手术下子宫肌瘤手术138例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Hysteromyoma Resection with Laparoscopy

目的总结腹腔镜手术治疗子宫肌瘤临床应用的价值。方法对腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤138例患者的临床资料进行分析,探讨其安全性和可行性。结果腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤138例,术中出血平均90 mL,手术平均时间60 min,平均住院日为4 d。无1例中转开腹,无术时、术后并发症发生。结论掌握手术适应证,腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿是安全有效的,且创伤性小,出血量少,康复快,住院时间短,可做为临床选用的一种理想术式。

Objective To summarize the application value of laparoscopy in resection of hysteromyoma.Methods The clinical materials of 138 cases of such patient wre analyzed.Results The average bleeding volume was 90ml,average time was 60min with 4 days stay.There was no open operation without complication.Conclusion The indication of laparoscopy for hysteromyoma might be less injury and bleeding,rapid recovery that should be an ideal method.
