偏头痛对中年女性患者认知功能的影响

目的观察中年女性偏头痛患者的认知功能水平变化。方法通过面对面结构会晤进行筛选,根据国际头痛学会标准对患者进行偏头痛诊断,进行蒙特利尔认知评估北京版量表(Mont real Cognitive Assessment,MoCA)评定,包括视空间执行能力、命名、记忆、注意、语言流畅、抽象思维、延迟记忆、定向力方面的认知评估。结果女性偏头痛患者在视空间、延迟回忆及抽象分值明显降低。男性偏头痛患者的延迟回忆分值下降较为明显。认知功能总分相比较,女性偏头痛患者的总分值明显较男性偏头痛患者的总分值低。发现年龄、病程、受教育水平、吸烟及饮酒等因素,对偏头痛患者的认知功能水平无明显影响。结论女性偏头痛患者的认知功能受到影响,尤其女性有先兆偏头痛患者在抽象能力方面受到明显影响。

Objective To investigate Effects of migraine on cognitive function of women in middle-aged.Methods Patients with migraine were identified by face-face structured interviews.Patients who screened postive for migraine headache diagnoses according to the International Headache Society criteria and Mont real Cognitive Assessment Beijing version,and cognitive scores on spatial making,fluency,delayed wordrecall,naming,memory,abstraction,attention,orientation.Results Female wih migraine lowered levels in Spatial making,delayed word recall and abstraction.Male wih migraine lowered levels indelayed word recall.Female wih migraine effect on cognitive function of patients with migraine,such age,duration of disease,educational level,smoking and drinking.Conclusion Migraine might have positive effect on cognitive function of Women in middle-aged,specially in abstraction.
