摘要
目的研究疏血通对急性脑梗死患者血管内皮细胞分泌功能的影响。方法对治疗前后的患者使用欧洲卒中量表(the European Stroke Scale,ESS)进行神经功能评分,同时对患者的内皮素-1、组织型纤溶酶原激活物及抑制物的血浆水平变化规律进行分析。结果对急性脑梗死患者应用疏血通治疗,能明显改善患者的欧洲卒中量表(the European Stroke Scale,ESS)评分,并能明显降低患者血浆内皮素-1、组织型纤溶酶原激活物抑制物水平,升高组织型纤溶酶原激活物活性。结论疏血通能够改善急性脑梗死患者的血管内皮细胞分泌功能。
Objective To observe the effects of Shuxuetong injection on secretion function of vascular endodermis cell in patients with acute cerebral infarction..Methods The European Stroke Scale（ESS） score,endothelin-1,tissue-type plasminogen activator and inhibitor levels were evaluated before and after the treatment for all patients.Results After Shuxuetong injection therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction,the ESS scores were significantly improved,the endothelin-1 and tissue-type plasminogen activator inhibitor levels were notably inhibited,and the tissue-type plasminogen activator levels were obviously increased.Conclusion Shuxuetong injection can improve secretion function of vascular endodermis cell in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
