糖尿病前期与高尿酸血症的相关因素分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究糖尿病前期(PDM)与高尿酸血症(HUA)的相关因素,探讨高尿酸血症与糖尿病前期的关系。方法糖尿病前期患者72例,按照血尿酸水平分为高尿酸(HUA)组(42例)和正常尿酸(NUA)组(38例),对两组的临床资料进行分析。结果 (1)HUA组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)高于NUA组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);(2)PDM患者尿酸水平与甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及HOMA-IR呈正相关。结论 PDM患者尿酸水平与多种因素相关,HUA与胰岛素抵抗关系密切。 Objective To study on relationship of PDM and HUAS and discuss relative factors.Methods 72 cases of HUA patient were divided into HUA group（42 cases） and NUA group（38）.The clinical materials were analyzed.Results There were significant difference in TG,TC,LDL-C,HOMA-IR in higher lever in test group than those in control group.The uric aic level were positive relation with TC,TG,LDL-C and HOMA-IR.Conclusion The uric acid level of PDM might be related with multiple factors and HUA should related with HOMA-IR.
