胸腺五肽治疗女性复发性生殖器疱疹的临床研究

Effect of Thymopentin on Recurrence Genital Herpes of Female

目的探讨胸腺五肽治疗女性复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 50例患者均肌注胸腺五肽,1次/d,疗程1个月,同时在治疗前、后分别检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,观察皮损并做统计。结果临床治愈率100%,6个月内复发率仅16%,治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值均增高。结论胸腺五肽治疗女性复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效好,与提高机体免疫力有关。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Thymopentin in the treatment of recurrence genital herpes of female and the change of T lymphocytes subgroup in peripheral blood of the patients.Methods 50 patients were injected in muscle with Thymopentin once a day.The clinical efficacy and level of T-lymphocytes subgroup were detected before therapy and 1 month after treatment,and statistics were recorded.Results A clinical effective rate was 100% and recurrence rate was 16% in 6 months.CD3＋ CD4＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio were increased after therapy.Conclusion Thymopentin for injection might have good effect on treating recurrence genital herpes of female,and it may have relationship with enhancing immunity.
