摘要 目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法将111例寻常型银屑病患者用NB-UVB照射,隔日1次,20次为1个疗程。结果痊愈44例,显效53例,总有效率87.3%。结论窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病安全有效,可做为治疗寻常型银屑病的一种常规方法。 Objective To observe the effect and the safety of narrow-band ultraviolet B（NB-UVB） in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 111 cases of such patients were treated with NB-UVB irradiation,once every other day,20 times were a course.Results 44 cases were Cured,53 cases were marked effect.Total effective rate was 87.3%.Conclusion NB-UVB ultraviolet radiation treatment maybe safe and effective and could be used as a routine treatmant for psoriasis vulgaris.
