水杨醛甘氨酸Schiff碱铜配合物的合成、结构、磁性及其化学核酸酶活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 合成了一个水杨醛甘氨酸Schiff碱铜配合物.X-射线单晶结构分析表明,铜离子通过配体羧基氧桥联形成一个三维的孔洞结构.采用电子吸收光谱、荧光光谱、电化学、凝胶电泳等方法,研究了配合物与DNA的相互作用.化学核酸酶作用机理研究表明,超氧阴离子自由基参与氧化断裂DNA反应. One glycine Schiff base copper(Ⅱ) complex[(CuL)_2]_n(H_2L is a Schiff-base ligand derived from the condensation reaction of N-(2-hydroxybenzaldehyde) and L-glycine,), has been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray differaction.The binding interactions of the complex with CT-DNA have been investigated by UV-visible spectra,fluorescence quenching method and cyclic voltammetry,which shows that the complex binds to CT-DNA with an intercalative mode.In addition,the DNA cleavage experiments have been also investigated by agarose gel electrophoresis.The complex shows oxidative DNA cleavage activity in the presence of H_2O_2/sodium ascorbate and the reactive oxygen species(ROS) responsible for the DNA cleavage is likely superoxide anion radical(·O_2^-).
