摘要
[目的]研究苯并香豆素-3-甲酸酯的合成路径,并研究其荧光特性。[方法]以2-羟基-1-萘甲醛和丙二酸二乙酯为起始原料,采用Knoevenagel反应合成了苯并香豆素-3-甲酸酯,对它们的紫外光谱和荧光光谱进行了研究,测定了它们在不同有机溶剂中的荧光量子效率。[结果]苯并香豆素-3-甲酸酯具有强的荧光性化合物,发出蓝色荧光,正丙酯荧光量子效率最高,荧光性最强。二甲亚砜(DMSO)是该类物质的荧光猝灭试剂,溶剂极性对最大发射波长λem影响不大。[结论]该研究可为苯并香豆素-3-甲酸酯的广泛应用奠定基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the synthesis and fluorescent properties of alkyl benzocoumarin-3-carboxylates.[Method]Alkyl benzocoumarin-3-carboxylates were prepared from 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde and diethyl malonate by Knoevenagel reaction.The influences of solvents were studied from their UV-visible and fluorescence data.[Result]The result showed that alkyl benzocoumarin-3-carboxylates are strong fluorescent compounds and emit bright blue fluorescence.n-Propyl benzocoumarin-3-carboxylate possesses the highest fluorescence quantum yield among these esters.DMSO was used as the fluorescence quenching solvent.As the polarity of the solvent increased,the emission maximum wavelength λem showed little shift.[Conclusion]The study can lay basis for utilization of alkyl benzocoumarin-3-carboxylates in a large scale.
