摘要
[目的]建立一种用于测定卷烟纸中砷含量的微波灰化-原子荧光方法。[方法]采用微波灰化法处理卷烟纸样品,然后用原子荧光光谱法测定卷烟纸中砷含量。[结果]砷在0.2~20μg/L范围内和荧光强度有良好的线性关系,其回归方程为If=286 C(μg/L)+2.68(r=0.999 5)。该方法的回收率为95.4%~97.0%,检出限为0.04μg/L。[结论]采用原子荧光光谱法测定卷烟纸中的砷含量,灵敏度高,检出限低,精密度好,回收率高,可满足卷烟纸中痕量砷测定的要求。
[Objective] The research' aimed to establish a new method for the determination of arsenic content in cigarette paper by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave ashing.[Method] The samples of cigarette paper were treated by microwave ashing.And then arsenic content was determined by using atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Result] Arsenic in the range of 0.2-20 μg/L had a good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity.Its regression equation was If=286 C(μg/L)+ 2.68(r=0.999 5).The recovery rate of this method was 95.4%-97.0% and the detection limit was 0.04 μg/L.[Conclusion] The determination of arsenic content in cigarette paper by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave ashing had high sensitivity,low detection limit,good precision and high recovery rate and the method can meet the determination demands of trace arsenic in cigarette paper.
