鲜活农产品损耗是影响超市农产品经营效益的一大主要原因。从超市经营现状出发,重点论述超市鲜活农产品损耗产生的几种主要原因,并提出具体应对方法和相应的损耗控制措施,从而提高超市经营鲜活农产品的效益。
The loss of fresh agricultural products is the main reasons affecting the operating of agricultural products in supermarkets.Based on the status of supermarket business,the paper discusses several main causes to the losses of fresh agricultural products in supermarkets,and puts forward some methods and measures to control the losses so as to improve the benefits of fresh agricultural products.
