摘要
研究了1,2-二羟基-1,2-二膦酸乙烷(DHPE)、2,8-二羟基-2,3-二膦酸丁烷(DHPB及2,4-二羟基-2,4-二膦酸戊烷(DHPP)三种络合物的合成并用99mTc标记,研究了影响标记率的因素和标记的最佳方法。对这三种络合物进行了小鼠体内生物分布的对比研究,结果表明3种化合物与99mTc均能很好地络合,并具有亲骨性。
1,2-dihydroxy-1,2-his (dihydroxy phosphonyl) ethane (DHPE), 2,3-dihydroxy2,3-bis (dihydroxy phosphonyl) butane (DHPB) and 2,4-dihydroxy-2,4-bis(dihydroxy phosphonyl) pentane (DHPP) were synthesized and were labelled by ~99mTc.The influencing factors were studied and the best labelling procedures.were obtained.The biodistribution of ~99mTc-DHPE, 99mTc-DHPB and ~99mTc-DHPP in mice wereevaluated. The results of the biodistribution show significant accumulation of all theabove three ligands in mouse bone.
