水浴加热条件下制得放射化学纯度大于９０％的１８８Ｒｅ－ｔｅｔｒｏｆｏｓｍｉｎ配合物。１８８Ｒｅ－ｔｅｔｒｏｆｏｓｍｉｎ在制备后室温放置６ｈ，放化纯度无明显变化，小鼠生物分布实验显示该配合物与具有亲肿瘤性的心肌显像剂１８８Ｔｃ－ｔｅｔｒｏｆｏｓｍｉｎ有相似的生物性质，１８８Ｒｅ－ｔｅｔｒｏｆｏｓｍｉｎ应为具有反式双氧中心核结构的＋１价配合物。

A new complex: ~188Re-tetrofosmin has been prepared by heating in a water bath.The RCP of ~188Re-tetrofosmin was over 90% by TLC, and stable over 6h at roomtemperature. The biodistribution of the complex in mice was similar to that of themyocardial imaging agent: ~99mTc-tetrofosmin, 188Re-tetyofosmin should be a cationiccomplex with a linear trans-oxo core.
