大学生村官在新农村建设中态度的积极转变及问题分析——以朔州市调研为例

Analysis on Positive Transition and Problems of College-graduate Officials in New Rural Construction

在对朔州地区多名市县组织部领导、250多名大学生村官、150多名村基层干部及村民进行问卷调查、深度访谈结果进行统计的基础上,进一步对朔州市大学生村官在新农村建设中态度的积极转变以及扎根农村基层干事创业过程中遇到的困难加以分析,从而对大学生村官在新农村建设中的成长规律有了总的认识,最后对大学生村官计划在朔州的大好未来进行了展望。

Based on the questionnaire investigation,deep interview and statistics study of leaders in city and county government,more than 250 college-graduate villages officials,more than 150 grassroots village cadres and villagers in Shuozhou City,the positive transition of university officials in new rural construction and difficulties in working for university student village officials were expounded.Therefore,growth rules of university students in new countryside construction were studied.In the end,the bright future of university students in Shuozhou was explored.
