城镇居住小区级公共服务设施配套建设及其影响因素研究

Supporting Construction of Public Service Facilities in Urban Residential Area and Its Influencing Factors

通过对公共服务设施的发展、演变及组成的分析,从城镇规模、居住人口结构、居民生活水平、公共服务设施的合理规模等方面,论述了配套建设过程中影响住区公共服务设施指标的相关因素,并提出为适应新形势需要而增加的类型和设施。

Through the analysis on the development,evolution and composition of public service facilities,the factors influencing the indices of public facilities in residential area during the process of supporting construction were discussed from the city scale,structure of population,living standards of residents and the reasonable scale of public service facilities,and it was proposed to add some types of facilities to adapt to the new situations.
