摘要 从固定资产投资效益的定义出发,在已有的指标基础上完善了评价指标体系。采用数据挖掘中基于划分的K-means聚类算法,对全国31个省的固定资产投资效益情况进行了评价。将单指标评价和综合多指标评价方法相结合,分析了"八五"以来东中西地区投资效益变化情况,找出了效益差异的原因,并提出了相应的对策。 Proceeding from the definition of fixed assets investment effects,the evaluation indicator system was perfect based on the existed indicators.The data based divided K-means clustering method was applied to evaluate the fixed assets investment situation in 31 provinces in China.Combining single indicators with comprehensive indicators,the investment outcome changes in east,middle and west area since the eighth five-year plan were expounded.The causes of outcome differences and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
