摘要
随着社会变迁的加剧,农村大学生由于早期社会化环境的影响,进入高校以后,出现学校适应问题,表现为角色认同延缓、封闭和角色混淆甚至导致角色失败。而认同理论视角下的角色认同有助于农村大学生接纳自我和环境,从被动接受转变为主动参与,较快适应高校生活。为农村大学生的顺利社会化和构建和谐校园提供理论指导和实践支持。
With the intensification of social changes,and as a result of the environmental impact of early socialization,college students in rural areas after entering college,encounter school adjustment problems: delayed performance of role identity,role confusion and even lead to closure and the role of failure.While the role identity in identity theory perspective helps rural students to accept the role of self-identity and the environment,shift from passive acceptance to active participation and quickly adapt to college life,which provide theoretical guidance and practical help for the smooth and harmonious campus community for rural college students.
